No, "Elastic Girl" is a different song from "Good Morning World," but they ARE from the same album. The sound/instrumentation bears a curious resemblance to "All I Wanna Do" by Sheryl Crow. Er, actually the above is a compilation album. I think "Good Morning World" originally appeared on a single in 1995.
