irluckey - warner bros (i.e. new line) who released the DVD in the US have a deal with YouTube whereby they get paid a blanket license fee for the use of their content. the problem is that none of this gets passed on to the film-makers or the artists (including Levon). Poway23 has violated US law by uploading content onto YouTube that he doesn't either own or have permission to use - he is therefore a criminal. You, on the other hand, are merely an unnecessarily aggressive and ignorant tosser.

I guess that is why he played a month or 2 ago in Phoenix to a whopping crowd of 30 old Hippies. Yep, he's doing great! Next thing you will see is him playing is for Dairy Queen Grand Openings. He should have stopped insulting our ears 30 years ago, and play with toy trains.......

This has nothing to do with lawyers or the old RR/ Levon dispute - In this case, the crook is Poway23, as he's the one who up loaded copyrighted material he doesn't own. If Poway23 doesn't want his illegal upload to be reported to YouTube (who will probably cancel his membership to the site), he should take the video down.

Are you a cousin of Fake Robbie? You call Poway23 a crook? Where did he make a buck by uploading copyrighted material. Think about it "dunce". Every song ever recorded has a copyright. If these were not uploaded, who would we watch? Some home recorded hillbilly blowing into a jug? And if Poway23 IS a crook for doing this, if you watched, that would make you a crook for receiving stolen merchandise. People such as Poway23, is what makes You Tube a billion dollar baby. Pretzel Logic?

Why don't you do yourself a Levon a favor. See a good entertainment lawyer. Why let the likes of R.R. grab it all? If you REALLY did produce it, why cry here, see a lawyer, get your dues. Too many people just let crooks fuck them raw. Do something. I hope you find the guts to get what is yours.
